If you run a council planning website and see this bot in your logs, here's what it does and how to reach us.

• User-Agent: GrantedAndReadyBot/0.1 (+https://grantedandready.co.uk/bot; contact: hello@grantedandready.co.uk)
• What it reads: public planning decision records (reference, address, proposal, dates, decision, agent). It never reads or stores applicant names, drawings or documents.
• Pace: one request at a time per site, at least 4 seconds apart, mostly between 01:00 and 05:00 UK time. It backs off on errors and stops after 5 in a row.
• robots.txt: obeyed, checked at least daily. If your robots.txt disallows us, we don't collect from your site.
• No logins, CAPTCHAs or paywalls are ever bypassed.
