How you may use these leads (Lead Use summary)
These leads come from councils' public planning registers. The homeowners did not ask to be contacted, so the law is strict about how you use them. By using this list you agree to:
✅ You may - Write to the property by post, addressed to "The Owner/Occupier". - Make a legitimate, polite approach — for example to the architect or agent named on the application. - Use the list for your own business only.
❌ You must not - Cold-call, email, text or WhatsApp the homeowner using this data. - Look up the homeowner's phone number or email elsewhere to contact them. - Knock repeatedly or pressure anyone at the door. - Sell, share or publish the list.
Always - Stop immediately if a homeowner says no, and tell us within 48 hours so we can block the address for everyone (hello@grantedandready.co.uk). - Remove any address we tell you has opted out. - Include your own business name and contact details in any letter. - Delete the leads when you stop using our service, or after 18 months at the latest.
