Every week

1. We collect the approvals. Every householder planning decision from the councils' public registers: extensions, loft conversions, porches, garage conversions, outbuildings, driveways and more.
2. We cut out the junk. Tree work, signs, shop changes, refusals, and jobs that were already built before approval are removed.
3. We sort by trade. You only get the jobs that need your trade, in the postcodes you cover.
4. You get your list on WhatsApp from Granted & Ready's business number, as a tidy PDF plus a spreadsheet if you want one.

• ✅ The agent or architect behind it. We also list the busiest ones in your area, so you can win repeat work from the people who draw the plans

How many jobs?

In September 2026, councils approved 141 householder jobs in the areas we cover, worth about £7.1m of building work (around £51k per job on average):

Most need a builder; 127 needed a roofer and 18 were loft conversions. How many you get depends on your trade and how big your patch is. Ask for a free sample and we'll show you last month's real list for your trade and postcodes before you pay anything. Approval doesn't guarantee a job goes ahead.

How you contact the jobs

The homeowners haven't asked to be contacted, so there are rules. They protect them, and they protect you:

• ✅ Write to the house by post ("The Owner/Occupier") with your details
• ✅ Introduce yourself to the agent or architect on the plans
• ❌ No cold calls, emails, texts or WhatsApps to homeowners
• ❌ No sharing or reselling the list

Bring your crew

Every job needs more than one trade. Tell us the roofer, sparky, plumber or plasterer you work with and we'll send them a free list for their trade. If they join, you both get a month free.

Price

• Founding prices are for the first 25 members in each area. After that it's £39/month or £390/year.
• No per-lead fees. No bidding against other trades for each job. No contract. Cancel any time by messaging us.
• Changed your mind? Full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment. After that, cancelling stops the next payment and you keep your list until the end of the period you paid for.
• We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT on top.
